How is an Eratos User defined?

An Eratos User is defined as anyone with an Eratos Platform registered account, allowing authorized access to the Platform. Users may have different access and role permissions as required for access and collaboration.

What billing terms are available?

Eratos is able to provide monthly and annual billing terms. If you require a multi-year pre-purchase for a research project please contact [email protected].

How to manage your Eratos Subscription

Log into Eratos
On top RHS access “Subscriptions”

Select Manage Billing Account

Select your new Eratos Subscription

Edit “Billing & Shipping Address" to include your address and invoice details

Update your billing contact details

Add your "Payment Method” and “Save”

Next is to update your “Subscription Details”

Change your plan from Eratos Trial Plan to your preferred Subscription and then select “Update”
